Those of you who have taken the time to follow my athletic endeavors know that I am continually seeking ways to keep my body in good enough shape to maintain a life without pain while enjoying lifting heavy. I dedicate some part of all of my training sessions to either improving a movement or addressing a problem with muscle tissue, but sometimes I need to call on an expert.
David Edwards-Smith has been that expert I’ve called on for about 10 years. Usually I tell people he’s a wizard. He’s always able to make positive changes in a single visit, and usually clears it up all the way. More than that, he spends time educating, if you’re willing to listen.
